Presentation.
“Spazio FMG for architecture” was born from the wish to have a location designed to communicate and transmit architecture.
To celebrate its profound commitment to and love for architecture as art, as sponsor of the XXIII World Congress of the International Union of Architects (UIA), FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti is promoting a series of events and exhibitions of well-known and up-and-coming artists.
Spazio FMG is a space for architecture, with no boundaries, showcasing architecture from all over the world.
The exhibition by architect De Lucchi is the first in a long series of events which will culminate in Turin.
The events, which will take place from April 2007 to June 2008, are designed to provoke reflection on the capacity and the methods of architecture intended as art, a bringer of values and a vehicle of international transmission.
